Fresh Start is a responsive and compassionate trauma specialist service;  a private practice with a difference. We specialise in trauma/PTSD and trauma related anxiety and depression. We appreciate that everyone is different and therapy only works when there is a good relationship between the client and the therapist. We aim to create a safe space for all our clients to get what they need from each therapist/session. We work in equal partnerships with our clients in order to meet their needs. We  offer in-person sessions at Gatcombe House in Portsmouth, in Hampshire, United Kingdom only. However, we can offer online sessions for those who cannot travel to Portsmouth.
