Therapy Fees


Therapy fees vary from £80-£130 depending on the type of therapy required. (This is excluding VAT)


There is a standard fee of £80 for an initial assessment. (£96 including VAT)


(Please note that VAT will be added to all therapy fees)


Clinical Supervision for Qualified Therapists is also available, please contact us for more details. 


We can also offer Clinical Supervision for CBT trainee therapists working towards BABCP Accreditation.

SERVICES


Types of Therapy

We have a wide range of therapies we can offer based on individual need and preference. We specialise in trauma therapy but we are also aware that client needs vary depending on the individuals experiences.

Being there for someone in their time of need and creating a safe space rooted in empathy and compassion is important to us as a service.


We offer trauma focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) for PTSD. We are also trained in Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and Compassion Focused Therapy. 


Evidence based CBT  is used for all the other difficulties such as Depression, OCD, BDD, Social Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic and Health Anxiety. 


As a service we also can offer Individual Counselling and Couples Therapy for Depression, delivered by our experienced integrated counsellors who have years of experience working in the NHS and in private practice.

Counselling and talking therapies provide support for those going through a challenging time or experiencing emotional difficulties.

We can facilitate a space for you to grieve and heal from your emotional pain.

We offer support in becoming more aware of thoughts and feelings that may have been blocked or denied. We can also help you to develop a more accurate sense of how you are perceived by others.


Self Acceptance: 

We offer support in developing a more positive attitude towards the 'self', marked by an ability to acknowledge areas or experiences that have been subjected to self-criticism and rejection.


Unresolved Childhood Trauma:

We can help you come to terms with your past and develop new ways of coping, allowing you to move forwards with your life.
