SERVICES
Types of Therapy
We have a wide range of therapies we can offer based on individual need and preference. We specialise in trauma therapy, but we are also aware that client needs vary depending on the individual's experiences.
Being there for someone in their time of need and creating a safe space rooted in empathy and compassion is important to us as a service.
We offer trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for PTSD. We are also trained in Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and Compassion Focused Therapy.
Evidence-based CBT is used for all the other difficulties such as Depression, OCD, BDD, Social Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic and Health Anxiety.
As a service, we can also offer Individual Counselling and Couples Therapy for Depression, delivered by our experienced integrated counsellors who have years of experience working in the NHS and in private practice.
Who can they help?
Counselling and talking therapies provide support for those going through a challenging time or experiencing emotional difficulties.
We can provide therapy for a range of issues, including (but not limited to):
